Writers Block?

Do you ever have so many options, that you don't know what to pick. Is that writers block? I mean, my story is stuck, but not because nothing is coming, but because there are too many thing running through my head. I've already re-read my story, wrote another chapter for a completely different story (to refocus and come back with a clearer head) and yet still, I'm torn. Should I have some action? Some stupid choices? Some ridiculous escape plan? I have one option down, but I'm not in love with it... I want to be in love... But I want this story over (Vindicated) I don't like writing it anymore...
I want to write Ghosted and Volterra Asylum, but... I don't want to leave another story unfinished, especially with two chapters to go. Do I want to half ass the ending though? GAWD.
